It's no secret that we have misplaced deviations throughout the galleries and it's probably the most complained about topic I deal with on a daily basis. I can see why 3rd place is 3rd. But I honestly hoped this one would make 1st, maybe 2nd. I like the storybook feeling to it. Because after all, monsters are just silly stories told to keep us eating our spinach and keeping us in bed by eight -- right? And honestly, those are scary toads and turtles! Not in the obvious fear factor of 2nd place, but in the idea of seeing through a child's eye. It's the simplicity of the monster that provokes our imagination.

This probably doesn't look very professional, but I'm no good at explaining my thoughts. xD
