For me, the year started rough... though I suppose it dates back to the October floods. Then in February I lost my beloved oldest dog, after seventeen years we had always spent together, and not even a month later a family emergency with my aunt dragged itself until not so long ago. But now that things are definitely looking up, watching back I see a rainbow at the end of the storm, and it's an image I want to keep with me always to guide through difficult times. So here goes - rainbow for me, all the way ('cross the sky!)

The greatest thing this year (actually probably in my whole life thus far) for me was getting a job as a tour guide for a museum. I take people to a dinosaur bone bed and tell them about the area, dinosaurs, pass around fossils, wear a fake mustache, and more! It's really the best job i could ever wish for! Anyway the picture i drew is of a Troodon in the death pose. He's the mascot of the museum I work for. The museum that totally made life awesome for me!
