My entry: Chinese Delivery

Ring ring ring
It's supposed to be holiday, yet the machine's still buzzing
Off I am, a pencil to swing

Scratch scratch scratch
Here I am, ten miles from home, fortune cookies a batch
It's so far that I think the eggs are going to hatch

Howl howl howl
I stop by the sea, whales bawl
Their stomaches growl

Squeak squeak squeak
With a roaring sound my packages leak
They chase over the chopsticks like a freak

Crash crash crash
Crazy cupid with wrath to unleash
I shield with my pan, no time to be brash

Thunk thunk thunk
Whoever made this road
Must be a toad

Hop hop hop
I make graceful flop
Landing from atop

Ring ring ring
Here's your Chinese cooking
I hope you don't mind them sting

Operation Fast Delivery.

One night the phone at headquarters rang and I received an order. Someone wanted Chinese food… and he was hungry.
I knew the house it was supposed to be delivered to. It was a big, thought to be deserted, mansion and it was said that there is a monster hiding in there that most of all likes to eat… Chinese food. Anyway, I received a mission and I had to complete it, so I went.

I arrived at the location and I knocked on the door, but there was no answer, so I went in. I carefully and quietly made my way to the living room only to find a sad looking whale guarding the entrance. I asked the whale if he would kindly let me pass, but he refused. I asked him why he looked so sad and he said that the owner of the house, which also happens to be the customer, said that if he will not guard the door he will feed him to the monster that is in the house. So he couldn’t leave and hasn’t been fed in a long time so he’s very hungry. I told the whale that I need to deliver this order to the owner and if he will let me pass I will tell him the way out where I came from so he can leave safely and I’ll givehim a piece of the food I carried. The whale agreed and I told him how to get out and gave him a piece as I promised and the whale thanked me. And as a gift he told me that the owner is not in the living room but in the dining room at the other side of the house. But in order to get there I will have to go through big bedroom in the middle of the mansion where cupid constantly rains down a barrage of arrows on anyone who dares enter there. “Then all is lost” I said. “I will never be able to deliver this order”. “You have been very kind to me dear sir, so I shall give you a little gift to aid you on your journey” said the whale. He said that what he was guarding was the three beautiful daughters of the owner and that they will help me pass the bedroom. He called the girls and we departed, the whale with his freedom and meal and I with the three girls.

We have arrived at the bedroom and as I was wandering how to pass through Cupid’s rain of arrow the girls said “leave this to us”. And then they bunched up against me from all sides covering me from the arrows with their bodies and getting hit by all the arrows as we walked through. By the time we passed the girls were all crazy about me, but we had to keep going.

We finally reached the corridor leading to the dining hall where the owner was, only to find that the floor was made of bubble wrap and one of the girls told me that the monster was next door… and it doesn’t like noise. “How are we supposed to pass this without popping the bubbles and make noise?” I asked. But I couldn’t let the mission fail. Suddenly I noticed that all the girls were wearing high heels that were narrow enough to fit in between the bubbles so they wouldn’t pop anything, so I said to the girls “the three of you can pick me up and walk only on your heels as I ride you to the other side!” The girls agreed and I rode them all the way to the other side of the bubble wrap road.

We finally found the owner and I delivered the food to him. He was so happy that for a tip he said I can have all three of his daughters, since he saw that they were all madly in love with me anyway, and he let me leave through the other exit where there was no bubble wrap along with his daughters.

I returned to headquarters with the three girls, who later on I turned into agents as well under my command and we went on many more missions together.

(insert dA employee name): Hmm, I feel like eating Chinese food. Time to order some!!
*le ring a ring ring*
*le ring ring ring*
(dA employee): Hello? Is this the famous 飢駱馬 (translate: Hungry Llama) Restaurant?
飢駱馬Employee: Why yes! I guess you will order take out?
(dA employee): YES I WANT SOME SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN, WITH EXTRA CHICKEN. AND SOME BAO BUNS AND PORK DUMPLINGS AND..!
飢駱馬Employee: Would you the Llama combo instead? It has Sweet&Sour Chicken, and Wonton Soup. It also has Pork Dumplings.
(dA employee): Yeah, sure! Please make it ASAP!
飢駱馬Employee: But we don't do deli-
(dA employee): Good bye!
*hangs up*
飢駱馬Employee: Oh my... I guess I should deliver the Chinese food..

~~15 minutes later~~ *飢駱馬Employee POV*

The food is finally ready. I'm pretty nervous too, I've never done food delivery before! I hope I don't screw up!
I quickly take the Llama combo (who comes up with these names?) and rush to my car. I strap my seatbelt, ignite the engine, and drive out of the parking lot. My heart is pulsing fast, and the adrenaline is pumping. Suddenly I reach a stop sign and (obviously) stop the car. I see some pedestrians with a very large ... crate of some sort. Leaning in closer, I find out that it is a sad whale!! "What is a whale doing inside of a crate?" I think to myself.
I call out, "Hey you! Why are you taking a whale with you?". The person turns to me and says, "Because I can" and runs off.
I realize I have stayed at the stop sign too long, because as soon as I start to move, I see a man dressed up as Cupid, rapidly shooting arrows randomly. Strangely, one of the arrows cracks open the crate with the whale. The giant whale breaks through the crate, and jumps over the city of Devious Arts and into the Ocean Fella. I stare in awe, and then remember I have an order to deliver. So I speed through the many intersections, and miraculously NOT getting in an accident.
Suddenly, I encounter the weirdest of things. A road made of bubble wrap. I wonder if I was hallucinating, or if I was really, really loony. Ignoring this, I drove through the street while listening to the crackling sounds of addicting bubble wrap. My gosh, it reminded me of my younger days. As I past the strange road, I finally see destination: 2012 dAmn Chat Road. I quickly park next to the hunter and lime green house and prepare to deliver.

~~dA Employee POV~~

It's been 30 minutes since I called, and they STILL haven't delivered! What's taking them so long!! I better call them again and tell them to hurry up or they won't bet getting paid. I lazily get off my Llama couch and head over to my house phone. But before I could pick up and dial, I hear a doorbell ringing!
Excited, I rush to the door and open it. It's my food! My food is finally here!
"Hello there!! You have my food?" I ask.
"Why yes I do. I'm sorry for the delay. A lot of things happened..." the employee mumbled.
Not hearing him, I whip out my trusty wallet filled with deviantArt points and premium membership credit cards. I hand the swell man a sum of 1500 points.
"Here you go! Thank you for the food!" I then take the food, and slam the door.

Little did I know how much adventure the Chinese Restaurant employee did.
